I am not looking for take surveys from home stuff, and I don't want a sight that say free then when you get to the end of the page they give you a price. If you have tried it please let me know, I'm tired of waisting my time with this.
Are there any type at home or data entry type web sites out there that do not cost you anything to join?
There are legit home based jobs (no surveys)
http://www.pcworkathome.net
No joining or paying for it (unless you decide to sign up for their free email alerts, I guess that could be considered joining) , it is just a large list of real companies that have home based jobs.
If you have good typing speed it helps as many want that.
Reply:i've joined a lot of so-called FREE online moneymakers, ended up NOT free at all because you had to waste a lot of time and effort, even money to advertise, to earn pennies and i lost..
i wish i'd encountered joining as a mortgage loan officer 2 years ago even if i paid $200 (for training and very useful software tools you'll need), closing a single loan earned me a $1000 in one sitting.. so if you're considering a FREE moneymaker to join in, be prepared to invest more for the least return.. but if you're serious, here's the way to go-
Reply:You are wasting your time if you are trying to find a company that is going to pay you money with no money down. Rather than ask the cost of an opportunity to make money, think of it in terms of investment. Would you invest $100 a month if it could potentially make you 50,000 a year? I know I would. Rich people think in terms of return on investment. People who always want to know what it cost up front never become rich. Take a chance and make an investment. It could change your life.
Reply:I have 2 great things taht you can try. I can't post it on here, but if you send me an email, I'd be glad to give it to you. it's not a scam!!! Trust me, i signed up for tons of things that I later found out you had to pay for. I don't want you to waste your time because I know how irritating it is. Just send me an email and I'll send it.
Sorry I can't put it on here because it would be advertising! I already got reported for that before!

I am doing a survey for Old Navy and The Gap?
on thier web sites,
How is the customer service provided on this sites?
What is the target market for this sites?
Do you feel that refrences groups influence the buying behavior of shoppers at these sites?
I am doing a survey for Old Navy and The Gap?
Customer service is a big part of Gap Inc's online sites. The company refers to all of their brand websites (Gap.com, Old Navy.com, Banana Republic.com) as "Gap Inc Direct".
The websites offer as much information as possible, leaving little opportunity for unanswered questions that an online user might have. The main areas of customer service on the website are: explanation of shipping costs and methods, how to go about returns/exchanges, store locator, size charts, and accessing personal account information (for placing orders or checking your credit card statement). Links are provided on the websites for contact information - by mail, email, or phone # in case there are any problems placing an order, or if a customer has a question about the merchandise.
The target market for the websites is probably the same target market for the stores. However, older people may not be familiar with, or may not be trusting of purchasing items online (for technology reasons, or for security reasons). I can't say for sure what the actual target markets are, but a good estimate would be: Old Navy: females age 15-30, males age 18-30. Of the female group, there are probably a lot of mothers with young children that do online shopping. For the Gap: males %26amp; females age 18-40. (these are my educated guesses).
I'm not sure I understand the wording of your third question. But if you are asking that if someone refers someone else to shop on the website, does it influence buying behavior, then the answer is yes. For people that are hesitant to shop online (for whatever reason) but they know someone who has done it before and the experience was pleasant, then it may have an influence on that person to try online shopping.

How to stop someone visitng my web page for certain peroid of time?
Dear friend, I am conducting a survey and I want to stop anyone taking survey again in 24 hours. For example, if I take survey today, it should stop me taking again in next 24 hours. It is a samll survey, so I will be going by participants’ full name. I am using PHP.
Any suggestion regarding this will be appreciated.
Thanks.
How to stop someone visitng my web page for certain peroid of time?
You will have an issue with ip addresses if you are targeting a certain area. For example AOL, EARTHLINK resuses IP address so you might block a new user from taking survey because IP was used by someone earlier. I believe use a database to store username(FIRST LAST NAME) and timestamp it, then if they enter the same username within the timeframe it will deny them access with outputs like the previous example... "You have taken this survey in the last 24 hrs." I do contract coding for small businesses, email me anytime.. lance@801promos.com
Reply:Use users ip address or host address and store it in database. Before allowing user to take a survey verify if this users ip is not in database or if its in database check if 24 hours time passed or not.
Here is the way to get users ip..
$IP = $HTTP_SERVER_VARS["HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR"...
$proxy = $HTTP_SERVER_VARS["REMOTE_ADDR"];
$host = @gethostbyaddr($HTTP_SERVER_VARS["HTTP_X...
You'll get something that will look like this...
313.88.1.99 %26lt;--IP addy of user.
62.31.224.1 %26lt;--IP addy of server.
313-88-1-99.bas.cvx.blueyonder.com %26lt;-- Users host address.
Reply:Ok, take what the person above me did to get the ip address.
Now, use an if statement to direct them towards the right thing.
For example,
if ($ip == "$whatever") {
echo "
Sorry, you've already taken this. Wait 24 hours until next chance.
";}
or something like that.
Then, maybe something like this if you want:
if (!$ip == "$whatever") {
echo "
SURVEY HERE
";}
This is just to show you the idea, and if you have enough php knowledge, then you'll be able to modify it to fit the survey.
Any suggestion regarding this will be appreciated.
Thanks.

I've been with Pure Profile for 2 years, and I love it. You get credits that can easily be converted to cash or merchandise, and it depends on how empty my bank account is, as to which one I take. I usually get Sanity vouchers...%26lt;g%26gt;
I've currently earned over $160 in 2 months, and I haven't worked hard at it, so it's well worth checking out.

Reply:Don't listen to everyones advertisements, just join Cash Crate, check out what they have to offer, and call it a day. It's really the only site out there that's worth your time. It's free for everyone so unlike some other programs you don't have to pay to join. While you won't make a fortune, its good for some extra spending money:

Survey on the image and popularity of theatres.?
Hi I am a business administration student from germany. This semester we have to do a survey on the image and popularity of the local theatre. Unfortunatly we can't find any literature on the web. Does anybody has experience in this field or can tell me where to find a former survey, article or anything else on this topic ?
Survey on the image and popularity of theatres.?
What kind of theater? Movie theaters? He is an article, with stats...
http://seniorjournal.com/NEWS/Entertainm...
there are a bunch of stats and papers on movie theaters... have you tried your college library database? I know their are published works. I was working on an assistantship with one of my professors who was trying to publish his paper on movie theater attendance and movie theater goers.
Best of luck!
Reply:All I can say, friend, is to "google it".
Theaters is how I write the British spelling of "--re", which is a curious form of stupidity I think on the part of the British, just as the French have the stupidity of calling Havre "Hav-er", I just call it "Hav-ruh" like I call our former Green Bay Packer football quarterback Bret Favre "Bert Fav-ruh").
I can only tell you that MOST people in our United States of America today do NOT know what the old movie theaters of the 1950s and before were like! Today's people in our country only know the stucco cereal box type theaters of the 1970s and later!
The glamorous nature of going to a theater to see a movie during the week or on a weekend is GONE! They were so luxurious once! No longer do news-reels have any relevance when a computer can bring up more news media information in one minute than an hour and a half of celluloid news reels of the past! It was so different then!
All I can say is, think up different categories and ways of asking in short sentence fragments, and "google it" ! ! ! ! And good luck friend!

Does anyone know any web sites for free samples?
I like getting free samples in the mail, and trying out new products, but without all that mess of having to do surveys, or under other weird obligations. Does anyone know of any great places I can go? I would be grateful. Thanks
